Established in 2017, Caters Tree Care is a family-owned and operated business run by certified arborist Maxwell Cater. What began as two men and one trailer has since grown to become a leading tree care provider in Northern NSW, servicing homes and businesses from Tweed Heads to Ballina.

Max and team have done several jobs for us over the past 2 years and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He dropped an extremely high pine tree threatening the house without any problems and trimmed overgrown and sad looking trees to bring them back to health. He has excellent relations with Councils and it's very clear that environmental responsibility is key to how he works. I should also mention that he and his great team clean up incredibly well afterwards and take particular care of gardens and lawns when working.

Caters tree care removed a tree in our backyard and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. He sent us a courtesy text the day before the job, arrived on time, kept the noise to a minimum (great for our wildlife corridor) and was very conscientious about our neighbours who run a massage business and was able to finish the job in between their clients. Highly recommend caters trees and they will be fulfilling our tree work needs in the future.

Max is easy to deal with, his price was reasonable. His crew arrived before him, were polite and had the job started by the time he arrived. The site was cleaned as if it never happened. Professionals!
